We try and reply to all email enquiries as soon as we can. Please allow 24-48 hours.
If you discover that we have inaccurately processed your order information for a personalised product / printed chart, we will be happy to replace this free on charge. If you enter persoanlised birth information incorrectly and do not inform us within 24 hours of you placing that order, the replacement chart (if requested) will be charged at £5 per chart to cover a percentage of costs but not charged at full price. However, if the error with input data is different in more than 1 major area, we reserve the right to ask for full payment of the chart to be replaced. All other matters regarding customer service must be reported in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 days of placing the order. Please write with your full name (or name that appears on the chart), order number (if known), type of chart ordered. We will then liaise with you and rectify the matter forthwith.
Delivery & Fulfilment
We will do everything in our powers to fulfill all orders within 28 days, yet as we rely on various postal networks we request that any orders that have not been received within this period be brought to our attention by writing to email@example.com quoting your name, order number, date order placed (if known) and your address contact details. We shall then ensure that your order is duplicated and forwarded to the address provided.
